At ZEN Prints, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. Due to the nature of our print-on-demand (POD) products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

However, we are committed to ensuring you receive the best experience.

 

Exchange Policy

 

We offer free exchanges in the following cases:

1.      Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will replace it at no extra cost.

2.      Wrong Item Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered, we'll exchange it promptly.

 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at contact@zen-prints.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details.
  2. Provide Proof: Include clear photos of the defect or incorrect item to help us process your request quickly.
  3. Processing Time: Once approved, your replacement will be produced and shipped within 14 days.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following scenarios:

  1. If the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
  2. If there is an error on our part that cannot be resolved through exchange.

We don't provide refunds for:

  • Buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing (Please refer to our size guide before ordering).
  • Wear and tear from use or washing.
